Spartanburg County on SC mapSpartanburg County is a collaborative community in the northwestern part of South Carolina with a population of almost 300,000.  It is the 4th most populous county in South Carolina and is 9th largest by land area with 807.93 square miles.  Spartanburg County's population density was about 352 people per square mile according to the 2010 census.
