We have placed pictures here of Spartanburg so that you can see what a beautiful and wonderful place it is to live. 

The process to develop the Strategic Spartanburg: Community Indicators VI and the Community Improvement Plan was an extensive one.  More than 300 Spartanburg citizens contributed to the creation of the plan.  Therefore, we thought everyone would like to get a glimpse of the process through our pictures.
