Priority One: Encourage people to take advantage of local employment opportunities.
PriorityTwo: Support the availability of employment opportunities within the county. Priority Three: Encourage family planning initiatives. Priority Four: Discourage blighted conditions in neighborhoods. Priority Five: Preserve existing and increase the availability of “affordable,” safe and sanitary housing. Priority Six: Address the social influences of homelessness.
