One method of measuring quality teaching for our citizens is the percentage of
teachers who have continued their education in order to improve their subject
knowledge and teaching skills. In addition to serving as a measurement of the
quality of educational instruction, teachers with advanced degrees are indicative
of the preparation of the workforce.
